Anyway, on to the serious consideration of his sideburns. Why he bothers, when he probably shaves most other parts of his body to reduce wind resistance, I don't know. The question is, will he start a trend?
Update, 22 July 2012 - as we all now know, he won despite the 'burns!

Well. Mr. Grey Fox, I think you should take a look at Scots racing driver (3-time winner of the Indianapolis 500-Mile Race) who has sideburns. He is quite handsome and looks very nice with his adornments, which, by the way, I usually don't care for.

You're quite right of course - I assume he has Italian roots so he has an unfair advantage, as Italians always look stylish whatever they do.
ReplyDeleteYes, sideburns are back!
Thanks for your comment, GF.
I've been contemplating the aerodynamic properties of Bradley Wiggins sideburns this week! Does he tuck them under his helmet? Have to say, I doubt he'll start a trend.
ReplyDeleteI think Brad won the TdF because of his sideburns! Mine are growing in anticipation of a TT Gold medal later today! Love the blog..
ReplyDeleteWell, he did it! Thanks for your comment. GF.
