On 17th January I posted a piece (here) to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Captain Robert Falcon Scott reaching the South Pole.

Having read Cherry-Garrard's amazing book, "The Worst Journey In The World", I feel it improper to ever complain about the cold again.

Very sorry to have missed the exhibitions around the time of the centenary.
