The Museum of London's Sherlock Holmes tweed

Monday, 13 October 2014

This video is a wonderful record of The Museum of London's project to create a tweed to mark its Sherlock Holmes exhibition which runs from 17th October to 12th April 2015. The video is introduced by Tim Long, the Museum's Fashion Curator. Not to be missed by any fan, it introduces tweed's history and shows how the Museum's tweed was conceived and designed in collaboration with Christys' Hats and Liberty and made at Lovat Mill, Hawick.

The tweed will be on sale through Christys',  Liberty and The Museum of London store.
