Just released is the House of Fraser Christmas advertisement. The theme is 'Your Christmas, Your Rules'; in other words, you celebrate as you want to. They kindly asked me to take part. I was a tiny cog in a huge and highly impressive machine. The dancers, crew, producers etc were all supremely professional and I enjoyed every moment of the two part days I was on set and watching the production being made.
I'm biased of course, but this is the best of this year's Christmas adverts. Enjoy it:

Really good but another point would be that as you are being invited to take part in things, perhaps people are beginning to take your message seriously and we'll see a shift towards catering for us. Here's hoping !
ReplyDeleteGood to see that us grey foxes can still look good - even when surrounded by modern day "fake" fashion ;)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Matt - the same thought had occurred to me, but we want to avoid tokenism - which it wasn't here. The other older man is Alistair Blair, who designed the red dress and has been a celebrated womenswear designer for some time, making clothes for many celebs, royals etc.
ReplyDeleteThank you all for your generous comments.
GF
Woah one of my two favourite bloggers (Raffles) commenting on the blog of the other!
