The Hackett Spring/ Summer 2013 collection shown at London Collections today showed some good classic designs - for old and young fogies alike.

    I like the collection...Straight to slim cut pants, Fitted jackets, Espadrille, and a short pant for fun. Modern Gatsby in a way...Traditional with a Modern Edge, Not your Father's clothes. Young, fresh, but not too out of the ordinary, so a conservative man who wants to think he is fashion forward will buy some of the collection. A step in the right direction for the timid guy who wants to be stylish but not feel he is sticking out.

    Yes, thanks as ever for your thoughts, Fred. For those reasons a step in the right direction for the older man wanting to branch out, find style and not become conservatively traditional. GF.
